Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior to reduce bruising.
Stop blood thinners, NSAIDs, fish oil, and vitamin E 24–48 hours before (with your physician's approval).

Let us know if you feel unwell or have an upcoming event.
After Your Treatment
Stay upright for 4 hours and avoid lying down.
Do not rub or massage the treated area for 24 hours.
Skip strenuous exercise, saunas, and heat for 24 hours.
Full results develop over 7–14 days.
